Who we are

1. This giveaway is promoted by STB2 Limited, registered in England under company number 13017311. Our registered office is 6th Floor, 1 New Era Square, Sheffield, S2 4RB (“Split the Bills”, “we” or “us”). 

How to enter and eligibility

1. You will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win 1x £100 Amazon e-voucher if you: 

1.1 are over 18 years of age;

1.2 are not an employee or a close relative of an employee of Split the Bills (or one of its group companies), or anyone otherwise connected with us; and  

1.3 leave a review of your genuine experience on the Split the Bills Trustpilot or Google Reviews page. The review must provide us with a star rating, ranging from 1-5. You are required to use your full name when submitting the review to ensure we have your contact details.

2. This promotion is run on a monthly basis. On the first working day of each month, the winner of the prize draw will be the first applicant randomly selected from all entries that meet the eligibility criteria set out in paragraphs 1.1 – 1.3 (inclusive) above.  

3. The winner will be contacted via email within 5 working days of the prize draw. An e-voucher will be sent to the email address provided the winner. 

4. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not provide us with an email for the e-voucher to be sent within 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to randomly draw a replacement winner. 

5. This promotion is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or amend this giveaway without notice at our discretion. We also reserve the right to substitute the e-voucher with another prize of equivalent value without giving notice. 

6. Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

Other terms 

7. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The e-voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and does not include any additional costs and expenses.

9. We are not liable for any damage or loss to a prize caused by any third party. If the e-voucher is damaged or fails to be delivered, we have no obligation to provide a replacement.

While nothing in these Promotional Terms and Conditions will limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud, we will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to us or to you at the time of entry to this promotion, or which are caused by a third party, including without limitation all indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of profit, or loss or damage to data. 

11. We shall have the right, at our sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these Promotional Terms and Conditions, and such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.  

12. Any information provided when obtaining a quote for a utilities package will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy https://www.splitthebills.co.uk/privacy-policy/. In addition, each winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material and agree that we can share their email address and name with third parties to the extent reasonably required to fulfil the provision of the e-voucher.  

13. These Promotional Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
