During this crisis, our team is continuing to look after your account from the safety of their own homes and is working harder than ever to respond to all of your queries with the same excellent level of customer service that we pride ourselves on. We have seen a rise in contact since the beginning of the pandemic so our call wait times may be slightly longer than usual. We are sorry for this and want to assure you that we are doing all we can to respond as quickly as possible.

Many of you will be experiencing uncertainty about what the future may hold for your time at university. We are hopeful that together as a nation we will reduce the spread of Coronavirus and many universities are already creating innovative ways to continue to teach until normal lectures can resume.
