Split The Bills NPS Feedback Survey Terms and Conditions – £50 Amazon e-voucher giveaway
Who we are
1. This giveaway is promoted by STB2 Limited, registered in England under company number 13017311. Our registered office is 6th Floor, 1 New Era Square, Sheffield, S2 4RB (“Split the Bills”, “we” or “us”).
Eligibility
1. The Prize Draw is open exclusively to:
1.1 Existing Split The Bills customers who receive an invitation email or SMS from Split The Bills and access the Feedback Survey via the link provided in that email or SMS.
2. This promotion is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
How to Enter
3 To enter the Prize Draw, eligible participants must complete and submit the Split The Bills Feedback Survey using:
3.1 The link provided in the invitation email or SMS (for existing customers).
4. Eligible entries will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw for the month in which the survey is completed.
5. Each participant may submit only one entry per month. Multiple survey completions within the same month will not result in additional entries. Participants may enter the Prize Draw in multiple (consecutive or non-consecutive) months, provided they meet the eligibility criteria in each month.
Prize and Winner Selection
6. Prize Draw is conducted on a monthly basis. On the last working day of each month, one winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received that month.
7. The winner will receive one £50 Amazon e-voucher.
8. The winner will be notified by email within five (5) working days of the Prize Draw. The e-voucher will be sent to the email address provided by the winner.
9. If the winner cannot be contacted or the email is undeliverable within three (3) days of notification, Split The Bills reserves the right to select a replacement winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
General Terms
10. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
11. Split The Bills reserves the right to substitute the e-voucher with another prize of equivalent value, or to cancel or amend the Prize Draw at its discretion and without notice.
12. Split The Bills’ decision in respect of all matters relating to the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. Split The Bills is not liable for any damage or loss to a prize caused by any third party. If the e-voucher is damaged or fails to be delivered, Split The Bills has no obligation to provide a replacement.
15. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will limit Split The Bills’ liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud. Split The Bills will not be legally responsible for any losses that were not foreseeable at the time of entry, or which are caused by a third party, including without limitation all indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of profit, or loss or damage to data.
16. Split The Bills reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Split The Bills website.
Data Protection and Publicity
17. Any information provided when submitting an enquiry will be used in accordance with the UniHomes Privacy Policy: https://www.splitthebills.co.uk/privacy-policy/.
18. Each winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material and agrees that Split The Bills may share their email address and name with third parties to the extent reasonably required to fulfil the provision of the e-voucher.
Governing Law
19. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
