Voucher Terms & Conditions

   £50 Amazon Voucher (“Voucher”) – Terms and Conditions

  1. The right to receive a Voucher will only apply if all of the following conditions are met:
    • all housemates must have completed the online Utilities Package order sign up process by no later than 11:59pm on 13/09/2024 (“Deadline”);
    • STB must have accepted the Utilities Package order request as shall be notified to the housemates in a welcome email;
    • the Utilities Package has not been cancelled prior to the start of the supply of the utilities services.
  1. Vouchers will be issued within 21 days after the start of the supply of the utilities services.
  2. One £50 Voucher will be issued to the email address of the lead tenant named on the completed Utilities Package account.
  3. By completing the Utilities Package order sign up process, each housemate named on the completed Utilities Package account is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  4. Only one Voucher will be issued per household.
  5. Split The Bills reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion without notice.
  6. The Vouchers are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Vouchers are subject to availability and Split The Bills reserves the right to substitute the Voucher with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  7. Split The Bills’ decision in respect of all matters to do with the rights to receive a Voucher will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. Completed Utilities Package sign ups received after the Deadline will not be eligible for Vouchers and Split The Bills does not accept any liability for late receipt of Utilities Package order sign ups because of any technical or other reason.
  9. Any information provided during the Utilities Package sign up process will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy https://www.splitthebills.co.uk/privacy-policy/. In addition, you agree that Split The Bills can share the email address and name of the lead tenant with third parties to the extent reasonably required to fulfil the provision of the Voucher.
  10. These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  11. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your rights to cancel your contract with Split The Bills.
