- This offer is promoted by STB2 Limited registered in England under company number 13017311 whose registered office is at 6th Floor, 1 New Era Square, Sheffield, S2 4RB (“Split The Bills”, “we” or “us”).
What’s on offer?
2. The first 100 households that sign up for a Split The Bills utility package via the affiliate link in an invitation email from Split The Bills before 11:59pm on 30 June 2025 will receive a £20 Starbucks e-voucher (£20 e-voucher per housemate).
How to enter and eligibility
3. This promotion is open to new Split The Bills customers who receive an invitation email and/or SMS from Split The Bills (“Invitation Email”) and meet all of the below criteria:
- a) two or more housemates must sign up for a utilities package via an affiliate link in the Invitation Email and complete a Split The Bills utility order form inclusive of energy, water and broadband with at least a 12-month minimum term (“Utilities Package”);
- b) all housemates must complete the online Utilities Package order sign up process between 9am on 11/06/25 and 11:59pm on 30/06/25 (the “Deadline”);
- c) we must have accepted the Utilities Package order request which shall be notified to all housemates via a welcome email; and
- d) the Utilities Package must not be cancelled within 14 days of the start date set out in the Split The Bills utility order form,
(“Eligible Household”).
4. If your household is within the first 100 Eligible Households to sign up for a Utilities Package, we will send each registered housemate a £20 Starbucks e-voucher after 14 days, and within 30 days of the start date specified in your utility order form. We will notify you within 30 days of this promotion expiring to confirm whether your household is in the first 100 Eligible Households.
5. The e-voucher has no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
6. The e-voucher is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion or a voucher without notice at our discretion. We also reserve the right to substitute the Starbucks e-voucher with another voucher or gift card of equivalent value without giving notice.
7. Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the rights to receive or use the e-voucher will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Any Utilities Package sign-ups which are received after the Deadline will not be eligible for the e-voucher. We do not accept any liability for late receipt of Utilities Package order sign-ups because of any technical or other reason.
Other terms
9. By completing the Utilities Package order sign-up process, each housemate (named on the Utilities Package account) is indicating their agreement to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
10. These Promotional Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Utility Management Service Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Website Terms and Conditions.
11. Any information provided during the Utilities Package sign-up process will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy https://www.splitthebills.co.uk/privacy-policy/. In addition, you agree that Split The Bills can share the email address and name of the lead tenant with third parties to the extent reasonably required to fulfil the provision of the e-voucher.
12. We are not liable for any damage or loss to an e-voucher caused by any third party. If the e-voucher is damaged or fails to be delivered, we have no obligation to provide a replacement.
13. While nothing in these Promotional Terms and Conditions will limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud, we will not be legally responsible for any losses that were not foreseeable to us or to you at the time of entry to this promotion, or which are caused by a third party, including without limitation all indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of profit, or loss or damage to data.
14. We shall have the right, at our sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these Promotional Terms and Conditions, and such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
15. These Promotional Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
16. Nothing in these Promotional Terms and Conditions affects your rights to cancel your contract with us.
