Who we are
- This giveaway is promoted by STB2 Limited, registered in England under company number 13017311. Our registered office is 6th Floor, 1 New Era Square, Sheffield, S2 4RB (“Split The Bills”, “we” or “us”).
How to enter and eligibility
- Your household will be automatically entered into the prize draw to win one of four £250 e-vouchers if you and each of your housemates meet all of the below criteria:
- all housemates must be over 18;
- one or more housemates must sign up for a utilities package and complete a utility order form with at least a 48-week minimum term;
- all housemates must have completed the utilities package sign up process by no later than 11:59pm on 31 July 2025 (“Deadline”);
- we must have accepted the utilities package order request which shall be notified to all housemates via a welcome email;
- the household must not have cancelled the utilities package prior to the start of the supply of the utilities services, or within the first 14 days of the start date (stated on the utility order form); and
- the utilities package must be inclusive of energy, water and broadband.
- The prize is one of four £250 e-vouchers which the winning household can choose to redeem with one of the following brands: Ikea, Argos, Amazon or TK Maxx.
- No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The e-voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and does not include any additional costs and expenses.
- The winners of the prize draw will be the first four households randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
- The winners will be contacted via email on 15th August 2025. Split The Bills will endeavour to send the e-voucher to the email address provided by each winning household within 14 days of prize draw closing.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not provide us with an email for the e-voucher to be sent within 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to pick a replacement winner.
- This giveaway is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or amend this promotion without notice at our discretion. We also reserve the right to substitute the e-voucher with another prize of equivalent value without giving notice.
- Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Any sign ups which are received after the Deadline will not be entered into the prize draw. We do not accept any liability for late receipt of utilities package order sign ups because of any technical or other reason.
Other terms
- This prize draw is in no way associated with Ikea, Argos, Amazon or TK Maxx. Store specific terms and conditions governing use of the e-gift card can be found below:
- By completing the utility management sign up process, each housemate is indicating their agreement to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
- The e-voucher will be sent to lead tenant who will be responsible for distributing the e-voucher within winning household. Split The Bills holds no liability for the distribution process carried out by the lead tenant.
- We are not liable for any damage or loss to a prize caused by any third party. If the e-voucher is damaged or fails to be delivered, we have no obligation to provide a replacement.
- While nothing in these Promotional Terms and Conditions will limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud, we will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to us or to you at the time of entry to this promotion or which are caused by a third party, including without limitation all indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of profit, or loss or damage to data.
- We reserve the right to cancel or amend the prize draw without notice in the event of a pandemic, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control.
- We shall have the right, at our sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these Promotional Terms and Conditions, and such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. We also reserve the right to cancel the prize draw if circumstances arise outside of our control.
- These Promotional Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Utility Management Service Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Website Terms and Conditions.
- Any information provided during the Utilities Package sign up process will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy https://www.splitthebills.co.uk/privacy-policy/. In addition, the winners agree that we can share their email address and name with third parties to the extent reasonably required to fulfil the provision of the e-voucher or as required by law.
- These Promotional Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
