Promotional Terms and Conditions - £100 Cashback

Who we are

  1. This offer is promoted by STB2 Limited, registered in England under company number 13017311. Our registered office is 6th Floor, 1 New Era Square, Sheffield, S2 4RB (“Split The Bills”, “we” or “us”).

How to enter and eligibility

2. To be eligible for this promotion, you must enter the promotional code when placing an order for a utilities package and meet all of the below criteria:

  • 2.1. one or more housemates must sign up for a utilities package and complete a utility order form with at least a 48-week minimum term;
  • 2.2. all housemates must have completed the utilities package sign up process by no later than 11:59pm on 31 July 2024 (“Deadline”);
  • 2.3. we must have accepted the utilities package order request which shall be notified to all housemates via a welcome email;
  • 2.4. you must not have cancelled the utilities package prior to the start of the supply of the utilities services, or within the first 14 days of the start date (stated on the utility order form); and
  • 2.5. the utilities package must be inclusive of energy, water and broadband

3. Only one promotional code can be applied per household and the promotional code cannot be combined with any other offer. Cashback is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and will be sent to the lead tenant only.

4. Cashback will be sent to eligible lead tenants within 21 days of the start date (stated on the utility order form) following the household’s first monthly payment and submission of the lead tenant’s bank details.

5. We reserve the right to not pay cashback if all housemates do not sign up for a utilities package within 7 days of the promotional code being applied.

6. This offer is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or amend this promotion without notice at our discretion.

7. We reserve the right to substitute the cashback offer with another offer of equivalent value without giving notice.

8. Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the rights to receive the cashback will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Any sign ups which are received after the Deadline will not be eligible for cashback. We do not accept any liability for late receipt of utilities package order sign ups because of any technical or other reason. 

Other terms

11. By completing the utility management sign up process, the lead tenant (named on the utilities package account) is indicating their agreement to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

12. These Promotional Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Utility Management Service Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Website Terms and Conditions.

13. Any information provided during the Utilities Package sign up process will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy https://www.splitthebills.co.uk/privacy-policy/.

14. These Promotional Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

15. Nothing in these Promotional Terms and Conditions affects your rights to cancel your contract with us.
