Promotional Terms and Conditions – 6 months of free broadband

Who we are

  1. This offer is promoted by STB2 Limited registered in England under company number 13017311whose registered office is at 6th Floor, 1 New Era Square, Sheffield, S2 4RB (“Split The Bills, “we” or “us).

How to enter and eligibility

  1. To redeem the voucher, you must enter the promotional code shown on the voucher when placing anorder for a Utilities Package.
  2. To be eligible for this promotion, you must meet all of the below criteria:
    1. five or more housemates must sign up for a Utilities Package and complete a utility order form with at least a 12-month minimum term.
    2. all housemates must have completed the online Utilities Package order sign up process by no later than 11:59pm on 14/06/2024 (“Deadline);
    3. We must have accepted the Utilities Package order request, which shall be notified to allhousemates via a welcome email;
    4. the Utilities Package must not have been cancelled prior to the start of the supply of the utilities services;
    5.  the Utilities Package must be inclusive of energy, water and broadband; and
    6.  the address of the Utilities Package must be in a Virgin Media broadband coverage area.
  3. Only one promotional code can be used per household.
  4. The voucher has no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
  5. We reserve the right to remove the promotional code if all housemates do not sign up for a Utilities Package within 7 days of it being applied.
  6. The voucher is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion or a voucher without notice at our discretion.
  7. We reserve the right to substitute the voucher with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  8. Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the rights to receive or use a voucher will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. Any Utilities Package sign ups which are received after the Deadline will not be eligible for the promotion. We do not accept any liability for late receipt of Utilities Package order sign ups because of any technical or other reason. 

Other terms

  1. By completing the Utilities Package order sign up process, each housemate (named on the completed Utilities Package account) is indicating their agreement to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions.
  2. These Promotional Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Utility Management Service Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Website Terms and Conditions.
  3. Any information provided during the Utilities Package sign up process will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy https://www.splitthebills.co.uk/privacy-policy/. In addition, you agree that Split The Bills can share the email address and name of the lead tenant with third parties to the extent reasonably required to fulfil the provision of the discount voucher.
  4. These Promotional Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  5. Nothing in these Promotional Terms and Conditions affects your rights to cancel your contract with us.
  6. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Virgin Media Limited or its affiliates.
