We’ll contact your provider to get you an internet installation date as soon as possible.
We’ll send you an email once your installation has been booked and you’ll get instructions on what you need to do.
You’ll have fresh running water from the day you move in. You can put your feet up when it comes to the bills, we’ve got them in hand.
We’ll get your 12-month full-colour TV licence sorted from your account start date. There’s nothing for you to do so sit back and relax.
Your first payment will be collected by Direct Debit on or just after your account start date. After that your monthly payment will be taken on the 1st of every month.
All of your payment details will be included in your Welcome Email.
With our Unlimited Energy Plan, you can sit back and relax. All you’ll pay is your monthly payment and when you close your account with us, that’s it.
As soon as you move into your new house, take some meter readings for your Gas, Electric and Water (if you have a water meter). Submit your reads to us here.
